What You’ll Do:

  • Support ongoing department needs across Internal Communications and DEI programs and initiatives
  • Help with planning and logistics for internal employee events, including team quarterly meetings, cultural history and heritage celebrations, and company wide meetings
  • Support DEI efforts across Datadog, including but not limited to Community Guild programs and processes, training and development opportunities, and diversity metrics and analytics
  • Assist with Datadog’s employee giving and volunteerism initiatives across our global offices
  • Maintain team editorial calendars and agendas, and liaise with stakeholders for timely updates
  • Develop processes to improve and streamline departmental projects
  • Generate enthusiasm for our programming and elevating the Datadog employee experience

Who You Are:

  • You are targeting a 2024 full-time start date
  • You are in the process of receiving/have a degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field
  • Able to work in Datadog’s New York office throughout the internship and after graduation
  • Able to intern for the entirety of the internship from May 30th – Aug 18th, 2023
  • Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable with public speaking
  • Experience planning large scale programs and events
