Brother International Corporation is recruiting for its Summer 2025 Internship Program.  This exciting opportunity provides selected undergraduate students with a PAID, 10-week experience from Monday June 2 through Friday August 8.  Eligible student applicants will be current sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors respectively during the Summer 2025 program period), possess US work authorization, and be able to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid or full on-site environment at the location noted.  The objectives of the program are to provide meaningful work and projects for completion and to help Brother develop a strong pipeline of talent within our operating communities.

This role will be based at our Bridgewater, NJ location and follow a hybrid work schedule.

Here’s What You’ll Do This Summer:

  • Assist in the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) to better enhance customer engagement across multiple channels
  • Support the organization’s website platform transition by coordinating testing activities, writing and executing test cases, and gaining hands-on experience with Salesforce and other cloud technologies

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2025 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible
  • Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

REQUIRED Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of software testing and familiarity with testing tools
  • Programming knowledge or experience
  • Understanding of querying databases to validate test cases

Additional Preferred Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Willingness to learn and strong time management skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies

Brother’s corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet – equivalent to 26 football fields – and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA. Additionally, our outside sales teams work remotely within their territories, staying geographically close to the accounts they support to ensure they are always “at your side” for our customers.
