As the Marketing and Communications intern, you’ll be part of a lean, agile marketing team that will drive Rabobank’s digital scale and growth. You’ll help grow awareness of Rabobank as a challenger brand in North America delivering on our position as a global, specialized bank that knows food, agriculture and energy.

You and Your Job:
As the Marketing and Communications intern, you will contribute directly to the execution of digital marketing programs across paid media, social and the website. You will work full time (40 hours/week) for 10 weeks from June 1 – August 7, 2026.
We’re looking for someone with a natural flair for creative thinking and a knack for digital marketing. You will assist in the development of creative assets in Figma. You will also help analyze data from tools such as Google Analytics and transform them into compelling visual insights in PowerPoint.
Your contributions will span a variety of formats with no two days looking the same making this an ideal role for nimble, digitally curious marketer.
The role sits in our New York office and will report to the Head of Brand Marketing & Creative Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of creative assets for social and website content
- Review digital performance dashboards and transform into data visualizations
- Write and edit headlines for digital content suitable for paid ads
- Organize and catalogue creative asset library for paid media campaigns
- Assist in the creation of marketing one-pagers and event flyers
- Conduct competitive research on digital content and website UX

- Currently be enrolled as full-time student in a college or university
- Have strong writing and design skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Be able to develop relationships and feel comfortable interacting with colleagues of all levels

Internship Overview:

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
