Multimedia Assistant

The Multimedia Assistant will:

  • Collaborate with the Video and Virtual Content Specialist on various
    video/photo projects
  • Set up and break down video production equipment, including lighting,
    camera, and sound
  • Support the organization’s audiovisual needs for in-person and virtual
    (Zoom)/hybrid meetings and troubleshoot any issues within the healthcare
    system
  • Catalog and edit photo and video content so that it is easily accessible to
    the Marketing team
  • Edit video projects/create video templates for the Marketing team 10%
  • Edit photos for distribution to social media and to stakeholders 15%
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of a video/photo shoot 5%
  • Assist with filming and editing of staff training videos 5%
  • Manage multiple assignments and produce high-quality work within
    established deadlines
  • Work with appropriate subject matter leads on content creation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, media production, visual arts, or similar field preferred
  • 3 years’ experience with video/photo production preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the following software: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • General AV knowledge
  • Administrative skills
