Core Responsibilities:
- Support Privacy and Data Protection governance activities, including documentation, tracking, and reporting
- Help coordinate privacy reviews, assessments, and operational workflows
- Monitor compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive improvements to the organization’s privacy posture
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery by supporting process improvements
- Stay informed on privacy and cybersecurity best practices and emerging trends
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail: Careful review of documentation, processes, and data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy requirements.
- Organizational and time‑management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, track action items, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills: Capability to identify gaps, assess risks, and recognize opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Documentation and writing skills: Experience creating or maintaining policies, procedures, trackers, or reports with clear and professional language.
- Technical curiosity: Willingness to learn how systems, applications, and data flows impact privacy and data protection.
- Professional judgment and discretion: Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly.

- Privacy- or security‑focused certifications, internships, or academic projects (e.g., privacy research, compliance initiatives, security labs) are beneficial but not required
