ROLE OVERVIEW
The CNA PR Editorial team is responsible for spearheading Cartier press requests and photoshoots, as well as execute brand-building activities for all product & brand image categories. The scope of the team includes supporting editorial initiatives, brand image events, brand awareness & amplification, and People of Influence related projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support editorial opportunities by coordinating with editors at National, International, Regional, and Canadian print & digital publications.
- Compile, curate, and update look books for the PR Team to distribute for photoshoot requests.
- Arrange photoshoot security logistics by partnering with Richemont Logistics team.
- Learn & utilize SAP system to check stock availability and consign product loans.
- Participate in weekly team meetings.
- Cross functional collaboration & communication with other departments, (ie. Celebrity, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Media, etc).
- Participate and support in POI (People of Influence) programming, including boutique tours.
- Maintain credit tracker with upcoming coverage and support with credit requests.
- Compile CNA PR weekly newsletter with best clippings.
- Create monthly coverage recap presentations for HQ
- Support with daily DMR clippings.
- Assist the Mansion & PR Editorial Team with High Jewelry product quality checking and preparing creations for photoshoots.
- Support PR Treatment team with daily gift send outs and logging
- Update PR contact database as needed.
- Assist PR Treatment team with venue and vendor research for upcoming initiatives.
- Organize local PR gift supplies & update inventory grid.
- Conduct competitive analysis research on luxury events, experiences & gifting initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note: International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
- Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.
