Sports Agent & Scouting Intern (Summer 2026)

What You Can Expect:

• Meaningful contributions to pre-draft preparation and client recruiting efforts
• Close mentorship and interaction with two NFLPA-certified agents and attorneys
• Exposure to the inner workings of a sports agency and the athlete representation process
• Direct collaboration with other interns and professionals within the agency
• A collaborative and team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Write detailed player evaluations of 2027 NFL Draft prospects (experience with PFF Ultimate is preferred)
• Conduct research on NFL contract-market trends and salary cap dynamics
• Assist in developing recruiting strategies and personalized athlete outreach pitches
• Initiate and manage direct outreach to prospective clients, including student-athletes
• Support ongoing contract and NIL collective negotiations
• Track team depth charts, scheme fits, and coaching staff developments across the NFL
• Identify and research potential endorsement and marketing opportunities

Ideal Candidates:

• Have a strong interest in football scouting, sports business, or athlete representation
• Are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and on a team
• Possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Familiarity with PFF Ultimate and a working knowledge of NFL player contract structures is a plus

Compensation: Academic/College Credit
